I don't know much about him but you're right, constant links and similar to other players suggesting Conte has identified CM as a priority. Seems to be a link to this guy, Kessie, Bissouma, Winjaldum etc on a daily basis.

I don't follow the foreign leagues, but judging by previous comments on here, McKennie would be not as good as signing as Kessie, is that fair? (Question intended for anyone who knows obviously, not just Matt1882 Matt1882 ).

I haven't got a clue what either are like.
But it looks as though we've been working out who we want, then who we can get, now we're on to making some moves.
Kessie looks dead in the water, he will wait until the summer to see who comes in for him.

I didnt say they offer anything, but we still need players in to improve the squad and starting 11. Moving 3 out leaves us very short on numbers.
