You'll be blowing Dan in the underground cheese room, if we Sign Diaz though, won't you?

Christian Bale Nodding GIF
Nah. I'm not high on 'alternative' medicine.

I tell you now if mendes is involved in diaz deal it wont happen. I reckon he wants slice of pie. Also might have grudge us sacking his mates nuno and jose. We should pull out with deals like this. He got involved with traore deal. Stop fucking around with this bollox and move on. Heard morata on loan, forest right back and erik the vikings son on radar.

I've just finished watching 10 minutes of YT. As you say, seems to play as right footed/inverted left wide forward. ( Nabil Bentaleb Nabil Bentaleb threw me when he said he's a winger)

YT always makes shinola out of shit but fuck me that boy's sure as shit looks like he's got got some moves. Looks like a right lively fucker too.
My concerns would be:

1. Is he loose with the ball in a way the tighter, press-ier EPL game will punish?

2. He’s very wiry, is he an injury risk?

3. Will PL defenses be able to exploit his one-footedness to diffuse some of the magic he’s got?

4. Not a lot of passing in the highlights, can he work in a coherent attack with other players?

5. The goals he’s added make a big difference to his value. Started at Copa America and continued at Porto this year. Is this just a hot streak? Will it continue?

And then the non-Diaz concern is what does this mean for Sonny and the overall team. Surely he switches sides to accommodate this move, is that the right thing? Is 3-4-3 the right shape?

1. Nope , he does a lot in tight spaces with two defenders onto him. He’s very good in small places
2 nope. He doesn’t every injury risks, maybe he’s back from carrying the team so much this year
3 he can and uses his left foot, not so much but he’s not Lamela. He even scored some with his left
4 obviously. That’s how Porto attacks
5 he was always good scoring but now he started to be more consistent. It was the only thing missing from his game. Being consistent

He can play with sonny and Kane. In 532 or 343

I've the day off to go out on the piss in the big smoke of Cardiff tomorrow. Starting lunchtime.

Feel like a transfer window drinking game...

A shot every half hour until we announce a signing perhaps!

Mendes is working for us by the sounds of it.
