We wouldn't bring him in to be the main guy just add more goals than the massive 2 goals Moura has provided this year, 3 he did last and 4 the year before.

Other than that I agree with you though- and when Kane needs a rest, Son Diaz is a dangerous front 2.
But right now our midfield is nowhere near good enough to even play 3-5-2.

Morata scores an awful lot of goals for a guy who doesn't score goals
He is basically like Bergwijn if you ignore the way each guys plays, the strengthens of each guy, the stats of each guy and basically everything that you would look at when evaluating players.
But outside that you are right he is another version of Bergwijn.
If Conte wants Morata, do it. Got to put something together that would get us into top 4. We can go on from there.

You'd think he relieves Son at least, don't see him playing as a a central striker. Think it would be mad for us to sell Bergwijn this window given he's our best option as a physical presence through the middle if Kane picks up an injury.
Honestly don't have strong thoughts on all this, except that our approach to bringing in players seems a bit scattergun. Diaz is an exiting and ambitious move, but it seems a case of bringing in the best player available to us and not maybe focusing our biggest spend on what the team needs (hard to complain, he should be really good). Maybe focus on starting midfielders and wing-backs come in the summer and we plug a few holes over the next few days.
If we somehow land Díaz, I think it’sa given that we’ll favour the 343 over the 352 for the remainder of the season at least. For the front 3 we’ll even be a touch bloated with large, Son, Dias, Lucas, Bergwijn and Gil. Even more if we get Morata or another number 9.
I wonder, if this transpires to be the case, if there’s a thought to so to Lucas or Bergwijn what Conte intended to do to Traore and head dung to so many other wingers. My preference would be Bergwijn, I think he’s got a great physique for it, but Conte seems to fancy him to be further forward and lord knows Lucas has the work rate, energy and pace for a Conte wingback. Good a hunch we might start seeing Lucas out at rwb if we do follow through with the mooted transfers.
