Transfers January 2022 - Transfer Window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Not seen much of Kulusevski. Seems a lot on here have and don't rate him.

Surprised no one has tried for Domenico Berardi, seems a much better option.

If there is any actual interest in Raphina, then it'd be Diaz all over again. Bayern, United and others would gazump us immediately.
I watched him at Juve for 2 years and not once has he had a great performance where you would think this guy is going to be a star. Definition of average

He's very, very average. Wasn't there a story where Zlatan didn't want him in the national side too? Can't recall for sure. But whenever I've watched him play, he was always slow, wasteful, moaning to refs...admittedly, Juve have been real crap them past 2 seasons, but still. He looks to have the energy of a booked radish and the touch of a giraffe with concrete boots on

So we’ve gone from being willing to spend £50m on Diaz to proposing a loan for Kulusevski.

Does Levy think anyone believes this shit anymore? That £50m was never going to be spent. It never existed. Just like the £70m we offered for Dybala. We’ll make do with cheap loan players this window because we’ve ran out of time but trust me, next window we’ll be spending that money. Promise! :levylol:

Despite all the journos saying we matched Liverpool’s bid but he wanted to go there? They’re all lying are they?

Don’t get the melting re getting Kulusevski, he’s struggled at Juve but who hasn’t exactly since he signed? Was very good the year before at Parma.

Of all the links we’ve had, here’s the only one I’ve seen to a player with genuine craft and a cerebral approach. There’s Eriksen potential there and, much like Eriksen in Pochettino’s team, if he clicks then he’d go some way to mitigating the lack of creativity from our central players.

I’m all for it and not just because there’s 3 days left of the window, I wanted him when we were first linked a few weeks ago too. I think he’d be a great complement to Son and Kane in the front 3.

We'll sign Kulusevski, while Juve will turn around and use the cash to (partly) snatch Raphinha under our noses.

More seriously, I agree with the outpouring after the "news" broke. If Diaz, who for all his talent is unproven in the PL, is 40m-ish, then Raphinha is 60m+ given that he's a proven gamechanger in the PL, his importance to Leeds, and their current situation in the league. 25m is the biggest BS of this window so far, and that's saying a lot!

Exactly, Berardi would be a much better signing. But not sure Sassuolo would let him go mid-season, when he's their main man. So that'd cost a huge bag. And even the player, I'm not sure he'd wanna come Spurs now when he's loving life as the icon of his club, scoring goals for fun. And he knows that to play for Italy, you pretty much have to play in Serie A.
