Will he get more minutes at a good Valencia side than he has had with us? He'd be playing every minute at a Bournemouth or QPR.
Pal, I wouldn't even bother with a guy who posted "let him get confidence in his own culture first"...about a Spanish guy in his 20s, who's spent his whole life in his country and culture, bar the past 4 months in the UK.

Gotta be up there with the worst, most idiotic things I've ever read on here. Absolute clown stuff

Yeah. I dont think Utd give a shit about Spurs. In their minds they should be winning the league. Plus van de beek has had 27 apps in 2 seasons and obviously isnt rated for some reason at Utd.

Don't be stupid, we are a direct threat to their top 4 place

Utd didn't even let us negotiate for Lingard, what makes you think they'd let us have a quality player like VDB which would improve us as a team?

Come on...think.

Probably because the player has to agree to the move as well....did you ever think of that...?

We are in the shit right now I get it but the level of irrationally is hilarious, literally trying to find anything to blame the club for, so tedious 🤦‍♀️

Because it make no sense. He won’t learn anything playing football from where he has come from, if he is a professional he should be ready to fight and adapt. He needs to learn to deal with the physical demands of this country. Talent wise he is good, he is just not physically ready.

It only make sense if we are loaning him to get him game time and sell him which if the case makes our original recruitment of him look shambolic.

Not really. I was talking professionally. Hes not played any football. People go on loan to play football.

Of course he does. I'm sure like most players he just wants to play. This might be a drop in the ocean compared to other decisions but it just seems indicative of the bumbling idiots we have in charge. Whether its buying, trying to sell or loaning there isnt much they do that makes sense. Perhaps people would stop blaming the club for everything if there was some semblance of a plan.

Pal, if you're a mechanic but have just started in the field, what you need is gaining experience by being surrounded by other mechanics who are gonna show you the ropes. Maybe it wasn't wise to join a big nane garage where they don't have time to train you, so maybe sign for a smaller outfit til you earn your stripe.

What you don't do, though, is go work for a bakery or a chemist. Cause that's gonna do shit for you when you come back to the garage

Yeah I get all this but at the end of the day the player needs to agree to it, he needs to be happy. I'd rather loan him as opposed to him sitting on the bench - if it means back to Spain so be it, at least he'd have some game time under his belt - gives us an option to either keep or sell come the Summer.

We already know our recruitment is shocking :D

TOTTENHAM WILL PAY ‘EXCITING’ STAR £35K-A-WEEK TO LEAVE IN LAST-DITCH LOAN.

Does anyone take these journalists seriously. A Club willing to pay 35k a week for someone to leave, and they call him, "Exciting".

I am not thrilled by the prospect of signing Kulusevski either... but at least I am ready to give him a chance. I find it perplexing that so many have started to mock him even before he's even signed rather than be ready to wait and see...as if "you" want him to be a flop so you can tell the world, "I told you so!"

Nonsense, in some cases you could argue that applies but a majority of the leagues best players didn't require some baptism of fire getting thrown about in Stoke.

So you honestly think he will learn the physical demands going back to play football where he started. Did you not witness what loans did for Kane or Skipp, they went out as boys and came back as men. Gil is young, if we are loaning him out then it must help his development for us, if we are looking to sell him I understand but I had thought he was a long term player.

Because its united and they dont care about Spurs. Especially if the price is right. Utd, Chelsea, city, liverpool are always selling to eachother. Clubs like Utd and Chelsea have always operated like this. They dont give a shit who they sell to. Mata, sterling, torres, RVP, Sanchez, Tevez etc

I think Utd would have sold for a maximum 30M. Hes literally rotting on their bench. It would have been actual shrewd business
