Yes been saying this for ages. Get those two in and they are not only much better than what we have in those positions but go straight into starting 11. Further they both have EPL experience and have played to a good level. Whereas the 2 from seem like their rejects who they can’t wait to get rid off and can’t believe their luck we have come in for them. This is just a desperate move by DOF however all his doing is going back to his old club. Does he not scout all over the world for players. This is lazy, desperate, illogical and a waste of money. That Ben cannot be better than Harvey white. I’d rather he be given a go. Unless you get a real upgrade on what we have already and some one different. Otherwise we have 4 CMs all the same type and level.
Not really, only ever heard Berbatov himself mention Valencia and Bayern Munich, but I think he felt some loyalty to Leverkusen, wanted to play in the Premier League, Spurs were actively interested the longest and he liked BMJ.

Just think a midfield of bis, neves and skipp. That would be some midfield. Bench for PEH and winks so still have strength in depth for cup games and rotation.

Lyon as already mentioned want Ndombele. Gil is 99% done on loan. Lo Celso has options as does Dele. Rodon may also leave with a few interested.
Some names we're talking to still not out there so expect more new names over the next 48 hours.
Juve double looking very likely but there are other options we are exploring for CM so don't rule out 2 x CMs coming in. Especially if we manage to clear a few mentioned above.
Let me say it again, Conte understands the situation. The Summer is huge for us with so many good players out of contract or entering the final year.
The next 48 hours will be busy, but the Summer is going to be madness.
New players will arrive over the next 48 hours so don't think it's a repeat of history and we end up with no one.
Of all the names I've heard, there are literally 2 I would be against joining us and as it stands, they're both down the list and we won't need to drop that low.

I love the fact that Gil always wants the ball. Skipp was too lightweight a year or so ago, good training sorts that.
He’s only had a few cameos but he does play with a tenacity that many others don’t, similar to how lamela played.
No point getting wound up or pissed off with it now. All too late for that this window. Let’s see what happens. I’ve little faith in them to get it right so maybe they’ll surprise us.
I assume Bentancur kills our interest in this?
