If Dembele can stay fit and he's at last bought himself a pro athlete's lifestyle, then it's a no-brainer. Crazy player on his day.

But I'm a bit puzzled because not so long ago, they were reporting in the media that his agent wanted a 40 mil signing-on fee plus an absolutely ridiculous monthly wage...like he'd make more than anybody in Spurs history.

So yeah I'm not really sure what to make of it

The laughing stock of world football?

Get a grip ffs, the bloke hasn’t settled and may not but he’s a Brazilian international
So Barca, Woolwich, Liverpool and even a non league side haven't been mocking us?

Barca publicly joked about the surprise when Spurs payed that much for Emerson. Areteta and Co also made it we'll know they pulled out if a deal because he isn't good enough.

Do you really think Emerson will make a turn around? Wake Up.

You’ve never watched him then.

A few times but not all the time

Have you watched him ?

If Dembele is true and he’s fit, he’s a fucking great player. If he comes and has an ego, that could be cured by having to gel with a new team and playing under Conte.

With Dembele, it’s all about how much risk you have to assume monetarily in getting him.

If you can get him for the Bergwijn fee and he essentially takes Ndombele’s wages, it’s probably worth it. Definitely a swing for the fences move, but if you’re swapping him for Bergwijn in the squad, Dembele’s potential is just way higher and they are the same age.

It’s undoubtedly a big risk though, terrible injury history and also behaved like a bellend at times. All down to how much money we’d have to commit. He’s far more suited to the Prem and Conte’s direct style than La Liga and Barca though.

One of my best mates is an Italian guy who follows Juve religiously. Tells me Kulu has been shit since day 1 at Juve and that Betancur was good until Allegri arrived. Reckons the coach ruined the latter and other players too with his overly defensive tactics.

He was, however, impressed with Kulu at Parma and Atalanta and was a fan of his signing at Juve at the time. Just didn't work out.

My mate also thinks both these players need a fresh start and that Conte may be an ideal coach for them (though he also thinks Conte is overrated). However, he also reckons Paratici is an incompetent muppet that will ruin our club.

It's good to get insight from others that would know as they follow their club the same way we follow Spurs.

I hope they both do well if they sign for us in the end and tbh, whilst I have never seen Kulu play in Italy, I have been impressed with him every time I have seen him play for Sweden. Him, Forsberg and Isak always look dangerous together when I watch them.

Here's hoping they are good signings if we do get them in the end 🥂

They're basically about as shit as we are in their respective division, except they play in a far weaker league. The team who occupy 4th spot over there (Atalanta) couldn't even get out of their CL group with United in it.

And we're taking two players off their hands who they don't want, so we can go fund their rebuild of players good enough to wear their shirt.
Atalanta completely destroyed United in their games. United was able to win because of a late Ronaldo screamer.

Juve got 1st in a group with the Chavs, beating them in the process in Turin. Guess who played in those games?

Inter are the closest thing that have competed with Real this season, and Milan are a side that is constantly on the rise.

But sure, go check the Flashscore stats...
