Will be the 2 Juve lads and that’s it. Underwhelming for me, as we need 3/4 signings including a RWB and striker. We all know for a fact Levy will leave us short like usual. Will probably rid of 4/5 players and get in the 2 mentioned, which means he’s done his job balancing the books, but left our squad weaker. Standard Levy!!! If the club had any ambition, they would be signing 4 players today including the 2 Juve lads. Don’t have an issue with the Juve lads, they could possibly be very decent additions, but these 2 alone isn’t enough.

We hear your pain .... over and over and over again ... lol

Would like us to get a striker in today. RWB and CB are places we need signings, but I'd rather us focus on a RWB in the summer than panic and buy one today that isn't any better.

Focus on Lamptey in the summer.

Today is deadline day. Stressful. Also I found one of my beers and one bottle of Xante brandy (also mine) in my 15h year old sons bag. Plus a really shitty meeting the whole afternoon. So how's your day?

We were never signing 3-4 players in January.

Diaz has gone, Vlahovic very quiet but likely going to Juve. Dybala also gone very quiet. Nothing on Martinez since the summer.

Are we anywhere even remotely close for a striker?
FLOL at Vlahavic gone quiet.

I was banned for having multiple accounts and have never given money. I was just saying why do you care what Hercules says.

Maybe my link didn't work, it was the head man this time saying "they have names of players but they didn't say who but now they're coming out in the media today"
They're a complete bunch of frauds trying to con gullible members out of money.

Hercules says he expects 1 more in, with anothe one a possibility.

Let's see if he is right.

You really do believe this shit, don't you? Day after day quoting it.
When his predictions don't happen he posts some nonsense about how it was all set to be done but then a, b or c moved the goal posts and #nothappy

Carrasco is a typical Conte player. Can play LWB and LW. He's also a hard worker and has an end product. 50 million is way to steep given his age.

I'd be more than happy with him.

Can't agree.

The real issue in the last 5 years is the failure to buy one player of enduring quality.

Son has to be the last and he was 7 years ago I think. Alli just before or just after and brilliant though he was the wheels came off.

In years gone by we would always buy a quality player in and amongst some dross.

The only amazement for me is that we have continued to sit in that top quarter pretty much throughout.

It has to change.
In some ways I agree. But I still believe it's been longer than the 5 years. We've never had a team that was "Completed". We always had works in progress. We've always had outstanding players but never an outstanding squad. By that I mean at Least 15 brilliant players.

Hopefully Conté can change that. I have to hope that, in time he will. I know Levy is the biggest hurdle but I have o believe past that hurdle.
