It seems like Spurs fans would rather Conte quits because real life isn't FIFA and then they can throw a strop; rather than Conte gets people he feels will do what he requires and turns the team around.

If dembele is actually an option then why did we sign Kulu? Where will he play in @ 3-4-3? Since we can't play 3-5-2 with Son and Dembele in the squad.
Somewhat undone by his early success, really. If he'd spread that tally thinner over his tenure, he'd probably still be a fixture at the club really. That goals ratio, as it is, is better than De Bruyne. Its just that basically none of it has come recently.

I understand him not wanting those 3 players and have no problem getting them out but it is weird we didn't bring in anyone with an ounce of creativity. Doesn't have to be a pure #10 but you would think that we would have either brought in an attacking midfield or a deep lying playmaker at least.
Odd as well because Conte almost always plays the 3-5-2 and went to 3-4-3 at Chelsea because of their players they already had. I would have thought/hoped we started to move towards it with a transfer window.
I guess there is still hope we move to it in the summer and bring players that fit.

We had a shot at top 4 this season if we had invested well this window.
Imagine the players we could have attracted in the summer with CL football and Conte on offer?
Dembele will play on the medical treatment table. Lamela held that spot down for years... Lo Celso did it ok for a while but he wasn't well liked by the medical team. Dembele will fill his shoes and then some.
