Levy doesn't understand the idea that delaying a necessary purchase only causes more harm. You have to spend more or cut back elsewhere to make up for the mistake, then as you plug one hole, another appears.
Maybe we'll pay out the ass for one new CB and RB cos we got no CL, but claim its too expensive to fix the midfield and attack, then by summer 2023 Son and Moura will be on their last legs, maybe Kane will walk. We'll need starting looking for Hugo's replacement. We'll choose to fix one issue and ignore the others... leaving us no better off.
