Morning all, still have a hangover. Absolutely brilliant day out yesterday. Was still drinking in Manchester at 10-30pm with loads of other yids. Gawd knows how I got home, but always manage to make it though. Yid Army.

We need strengthening in the summer. Deki and Bentancur seem good buys so far, they will do well. Everything we have on the bench is not good enough - Lucas is fine as a sub, defo not a starter.

May have to watch it again. What a great display of counter attacking football against a team that will beat you up badly if you get it wrong.

I couldn't work out why Peter Drury was almost prophetic in his excitement at the start of the clip, but then realised he was still buzzing from their equaliser!!

I don't know if Drury is a City fan, but he for sure is the best commentator. Puts all the others to shame.
 
Leicester away, and now this.... two more unlikely outcomes you couldn't hope to see...
compare that with the 2 shambolic home defeats against Saints & Wolves...

I think the players just don't like the home fans!! (or mayyyyyyybe the away support is better????)
 
Great win! Was surprised by kulu. I think he’d be better with mahrez type role if had a solid rb behind him. Good to see him in attacking positions. Needs to work on strength to hold on to the ball when deep in our half. I think he could be better of the two juve boys once he gets physically up to speed. Ben looks good with the ball but his press is a bit iffy. Look at citehs first goal he stands off and lets them cross the ball in. If we could cut out crosses we’d have less panic in our own box. Their pen was from a deep cross on the right which went out wide.
Need to sort that out v Burnley as they will defo be pumping balls on the box. We need to now win against the Burnley’s to show some real improvement. After Leicester gane everyone thought we were back on the right path but then played 3 very passive games. Let’s hope we have learnt our lesson and don’t give Burnley an inch. We should be pumped up anyway after they cancelled last minute the original game.
