He's in a similar position to what Jota was at at Wolves. You can clearly see the potential in him but the team just doesn't suit him. He's great with brazil and if he is willing to put in the work I think that he could work well at Spurs.

Richarlison would cost around £50m - which is a huge chunk of the transfer budget. Spurs priorities are GK (understudy) RWB, LCB, CM...and, if Moura & Bergwijn leave, an extra forward.
For the price of Richarlison, Spurs could get 2 players (maybe paying a little more for them both) in, say, Brennan Johnson and Noni Madueke.
Yes, he seems too expensive for Spurs' budget, unfortunately. Strange that Man City let him go as the LB spot, together with the CF spot, have been theironly weaknesses.
I would like for Spurs to learn from the RB Leipzig scouts. though, as they have several players right now, acquired on the cheap, that would have improved the Spurs starting XI (just in case, no, all 8 would not fit in at the same time) :

Haven't seen any links with Madrid or Paris, Madrid seem to be all over Rudiger on a free and they already have Alaba as a left footed CB and can see PSG targeting other areas with Mbappe seemingly off.

Luka Jovic is being linked to Spurs. If he's happy to an understudy and his price is "decent" then I would not mind signing him...

It makes no sense at all, he won’t get in the starting X1. If he leaves Everton he’ll want to go somewhere he plays every week.
