N'Dombele cannot fetch 25 million. There has to be a buyer that can actually afford his wages or close to it... unless N'Dombele agrees to a massive paycut. That narrows it down to about a dozen teams... 7-8 english teams, top 3 in spain, Bayern, PSG, Juve. How many of those teams does he actually improve? Probably zero, which is why there is basically no market for him.
The only realistic places for him to go of teams that could afford him to be Man U because they are dumb and run like shit... and Everton (if they can even afford it) which is similar but more desperate and doesn't have the choices United do. However, he failed miserably with us and in England, so why would an English team want him? He hasn't even been good in Ligue 1.
I just don't see how anyone will pay for him unless he takes a paycut to leave.

Kalvin Phillips gets mentioned as well, Conte a fan. Good player but possibly better value out there with Bissouma and Tielemans only a year left on their contracts.
Bissouma yes 100% but Tielemans would have to significantly improve his off the ball work rate. Phillips would be a Conte player although I wonder what the price would be
Been hurt a lot this year, hasn’t he? Looked decidedly mediocre when I’ve seen him and I don’t think he offers much of an upgrade at a huge, homegrown premium.
Matt Law is instantly discounted for almost anything Spurs related owing to his irrational hatred of us. It's weird and has creepy undertones I can't put my finger on.
If he came back and performed like he has I think a lot would want him back regardless of heart attack, many were supportive of him at inter.
And a lot weren’t including his/our manager. Not sure Conte would view signing him as progress to be honest
He was a key player by the end of Conte time, took a season or so to get going.
Lyon, where he's out on loan, can afford to pay £25m. And he's played well there. His salary may be a problem, true.
What clubs in Ligue 1 and Primeir Divison does is buy talents who've "failed" in bigger leagues, like the EPL, hoping they regain their form and then sell them for a good profile

The salary is THE problem and what I’m trying to explain. When these higher paid players fail, they don’t have many (if any) takers because their salary can only be afforded by top clubs and the top clubs don’t want them. they either take a pay cut to play at a lower club or just rot on the bench like Danny drinkwater. When there are 3-4 contract years left, players don’t want to give up the money. When it’s down to 1 contract year, the players are more likely to take a buyout like Alexis Sanchez did.
Question for anyone who has watched him: What’s Sam Johnstone’s distribution like? I can’t find anything on it.

I got told months ago Philips wanted to play for us. He'd just be very expensive. Incidentally I was also told Pochettino loves him....not sure why Spurs know this but they do....
