According to Hercules on SC (yes, I know he's very "popular" on this forum 😁) Spurs have made a bid for LWB Ridvan Yimlaz (Besiktas)...
I personally can't see Conte going into next season with one very injury-prone LWB (Sessegnon) and one 21-year-old untested from the Turkish league.

Just under a year ago, Yilmaz revealed in an interview that he wants to play in the Premier League and dreams of playing for one club and one club only – Woolwich.

He told TRT Sport, as quoted by Woolwich Insider: “I want to leave Beşiktaş to make money.

“My heart is in favour of England. I want to play for Woolwich, the Premier League team.”

No. Also been dropped at late. For a team sitting in 10th in the league he's meant to be more suited to. And yeah he's young, but at 21 he should be starting to develop some level of end product by now beyond the odd nice touch or dribble.

What is it, 40 odd million pounds on him and Sarr? Pretty big lump of money to spend on loaned out youngsters when we have the gaps we currently have in the squad. Neither are pulling up trees on their loans either.

Valencia have the Spanish big Sam as manager. Not saying its the reason he's not playing but it's a consideration
