Won’t half of that be gone on signing Kulu & Bentancur ( or was it Romero) ?

I don’t know what the deals are with them
Rodrigo already ours on contract to 2026, according to transfermarket £17 m. don't know if there is anything further to pay , seems like an Aldi price price tag.

Credit where credit is due, this is fantastic news. Now let’s spend it wisely.
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but that ‘spending it wisely’ has always been our main problem. ENIC’s flaws are legion, not least their inability to *sell* players, but we have spent money. Not ridiculous sums, but enough to secure excellent football players. Problem is we’ve just bought absolute dogshit. Lo Celso and Ndombele ruined us.

I think the key lodestar will be the type of player we go for. If we start signing 28 year old players in their prime, you know we mean business.

I wonder if this is part of the investment that was discussed last year from that chap from Singapore - could be they persuaded Conte to sign based on that investment and when it didn't materialise they had to invest it themselves to keep him here?

I can't stop grinning. Unreal stuff from the club. I'm so glad they've recognized what they have in Conte.

Think back to September 26th with Nuno in charge, Harry wanting out, when we got pasted 3-1 by the scum, after the 0-3 vs. the blue scum the weekend before.

Imagine telling yourself then to not worry, because at the end of the season we'll have pipped Champions League from the scum, after smashing them 3-0 at home, with Conte in charge and, oh yeah, we have a 150 million pound summer WARCHEST.

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

"ENIC’s ownership of the Club could see an increase from its current level of 85.6% to circa 87.5% on conversion"

Good news, hopefully a large amount of the money going to be spent on transfers, ENIC will get the money back with a nice bonus when they finally sell up as they are increasing their share of club ownership.
