I don't think Son has enough of the required attributes to play CF, he's too short, not so good in the air with heading, and doesn't seem to have the physique. I'm not saying he couldn't do some sort of job as a CF, it's just I'd rather if we had a proper one like Richarlison to utilise in the absence of Kane.
What I really mean is if we're having the squad rebuild that we need, I don't want it to be like we put a MF player in Son's position so he can be some sort of cover as a CF, rather we need another CF, so that we have a total of 2 1st team ones, and not just Kane.
Said in Jan I think he’d be a really interesting signing. Always the question mark regarding making the step up but if he did, that’s cover up front and out wide. Shame his season was disrupted by a horrible injury. Very suited to a side that breaks quickly like we try too, but build up play isn’t overly his thing, maybe he has youth on his side to improve this aspect though.

£35 is a hefty sum in the context of a 1 year contract and his legal issues.
Won't give a fuck if he lives up to his potential.
Putting his legal issues aside, which we must be sure will go nowhere; this guy is a 50m player, no doubt.
25 up to 35m (dependent on performance, probably another CL qualification etc...) is a steal.
I doubt any of that gets paid if Bissouma gets any legal issues. We are talking Levy here, he will have covered this one way or another.
There was a time right before Covid, that Son got his arm broken and Kane had a hamstring injury, so we had to play v Burnley and Leipzig with Dele as a CF.
We've always needed a CF, last year we got bailed out by Kane not getting injured.
Yeah, him and Bremer for roughly £65m seems like good value with Sanchez and Rodon leaving. We'd have really good quality depth. Can only assume we're still hung up on Bastoni.
Just posting but that does not mean I necessarily believe it's true. Often players from Portuguese leagues are over-priced and over-hyped (but not always).

He's good, but not World Class, and more suited to a back 4. He has his moments when José Fonte needs to bail him out.
Don't need to teach levy to analyze business risks..the spurs legal team would've thoroughly reviewed the case and provider the recommendation to Levy to go ahead . He won't be touched with a bargepole if there is a chance of conviction
With a year on his contract and when he already said he won't renew that looks fair.
Yeah, expect him to stay, but sure we would take 20m EUR if he agreed to the move himself.

Lucas out for 20m and someone homegrown like Brennan-Johnson or Lewis-Potter in place would be great.
attacking depth of Eriksen, Richarlison, new HG prospect is the way to go IMO.
