Maybe the Martinez links are all a
red herring? I can’t see why we’d chase after another Inter player who doesn’t want to leave, it’s a waste of time. We’ve been doing our business quietly so far, so there’s no way we’d leak anything to the press that we’re planning on dropping 90m on a player
could be budging them for bastoni

then again we dont know what conte or para want

conte obviously like lautaro alot

maybe we are using the rich and jesus links to budge inter in their price for him

100% would much rather Richarlison
In what universe would you rather we sign that overrated, diving twat Richarlison ahead of one of the best strikers in world football?

Lautaro is an absolute beast. He could easily play in any of Son, Kulusevski and Kanes positions in the front 3. He’s finally the world class back up striker we’ve been crying out for for years.

He would be the statement signing we need.

How any self respecting Spurs fan would want that embarrassing fraud Richarlison near the club is beyond me.

its not like lautaro is just a cf he can and has operated on the wing in tthe past, he can even play just behind kane

itt makes so much sense

Spurs may have changed under Conte/Paratici but we're still Spurs, 90m for him is like 20% of annual revenue.

Inter almost certainly leaking these silly numbers to force PSG's hand. If we, or anyone else manages to get one of Bastoni/Lautaro etc for 60m+ the need to sell Skriniar is diminished and the sale might fall through.

We could play 3-5-2

Martinez-Son
Kane
Bissouma Hojberg
Perisic-------------------------------Spence

I really don't think we'll play 3-5-2 under Conte in the Prem. He prefers 3-4-3 here.

But regardless, dropping Kulusevski to fit in a 90m striker would be odd. And Kane is very good at dropping deep and linking player but he's still fundamentally a striker, not a 10. He'd end up getting in Lautaro's way a lot imo.

I would definitely have him ahead of Pau Torres and tbh, probably over Bastoni too, as I think he is more suited to the PL and IMO, Ndicka is better defensively and the gap between the two defensively is bigger than the gap between them offensively.
I agree that the gap between those 4 players is very marginal. And it's hard to predict how they'll do in the EPL. I would not mind if Spurs signed Ndicka. However, I hope the Spurs scouts have done their job to pinpoint which of them is most fit for Spurs.
Here's a fairly detailed report describing him (as a player):
