Conte has a year left on his contract, Kane 2 years, Son is 30. This season is it really and however much of a long shot it is if we end up being miles behind the top 2 again Conte and Kane possibly wont stick around for yet more rebuilding. Its a big ask in one window i would admit but think we need a bit more than Lenglet, Spence and Richarlison. Again the budget will be there to improve more.
Delph's now 32 and he stopped playing football as a regular starter when he joined ManCity .....
If we are lucky with injuries then now is the time. Kane and Son are not getting any younger, they are at their peak, we are making signings that strengthen the squad in all areas, Conte is going for it this season.

I think Bissouma, Perisic and Richarlison will actually push us up a level, because you have to compare them to what we had before. We no longer have to rely on the likes of Winks, Sess, Bergwijn. Look at the impact of Kulu, Benta, Romero.
The problem is that it's not nearly enough. It's still a team with big gaping holes in the squad.
I assume their midfield 3 will be Winks, Allan & Doucoure when fit. Those latter two should offer enough running and protection for Winks to get on the ball and try and influence games for them. Shouldn't be too bad.

None of them have left for a team that has won absolutely nothing for 42 years.
Not seen him outside of the Euro's last year against Switzerland where he stood out for being absolutely dogshit. Reminded me of Anthony Gardner only with more mistakes in him. I would admit this wasnt a big sample size.
