Rodon out on loan and Lenglet in on loan seems like a pretty good situation. Lenglet is more experienced, higher ceiling, and fills a need (left footed and good passer).

While Rodon out on loan gives him the much needed opportunity to play at the PL level. Maybe he has a great season and comes back into the fold or increases his value.

Neither Lenglet or Rodon are likely to play a lot here, if Lenglet doesn’t play a lot it doesn’t matter because he’s not our player and his value doesn’t matter to us. Whereas with Rodon him not playing just tanks his value and kills his development.
Well, it will matter whether Lenglet plays a "lot" or not because if he plays many games it will mean that Spurs did a good deal and if they have an option to buy they could trigger it and then either sell him for a profit in case they don't want to keep him or keep him.

Max Kilman looked pretty solid in development for Wolves this season. English, left-footed, and a former futsal player. Pretty solid on the ball. A possible HG alternative to Guehi?

If we get richarlison for 30M it;s ok, but it will be big mistake for 60M the same price for Raphinha
I didn't say we don't. But what is more important? Levy is not going to fork out 200 million as some believe. With Conte's system we need the 3 CBs doing the work of 5 defenders. We've also seen last season that we have huge lack in the attacking department. We have no one that is actually inventive. When we play against teams that park the bus, we draw or loose. Kane used to have to drop back to AM in order to help out. Arguably the world's best CF playing AM. It's such a waste.
Hence the need for a player who can unlock teams with a bit of magic. Are we gonna end up a more functional team?

Perisic has been signed to play left wing back I'd have thought.
