Wonder who else we will bring in by this time next week really hope we hear positive news on Bremner he would be a fantastic addition to our back line.

With how many times it keeps getting brought up in starting to believe that Gordon could be ours by the end of the window and might be the alternative to Spence at RWB
Sounds like a grace but I wonder whether writing off the potential Dele fees helps the owners financial position eg they don’t have to put it on balance sheet which helps with a prospective sale of the clubTimewise Gordon's transfer could easily have been discussed whilst the to clubs negotiating about Richarlison - so could be very quick to do so he could be on the plane to South Korea in a week if that's the plan.
Only real issue is that if the idea is to help with FFP, I'd have thought it would have been done before 30 June ......... but who knows.
The total add ons for Dele were to get to a fee of £40m, of which first £10m payable after 20 appearances. Maybe deal is to write off all add ons in return for a smaller fee......
This feels like a watershed moment.
A big player pretty much dismissing Man United. In public. Before they can say "they've decided to end their interest"
Hopefully more will follow suit

It's been relatively quiet the last 2days so why not watch a video of the 3rd - or maybe 2nd - best LCB Spurs have been linked with (and who agent Pochettino has recommended joining Spurs)

Dont think forgoing the Dele payments creates much of an advantage for the balance sheet. If they sell Gordon and take Dele on at a notional 20 million, they'll have amortisation costs. There is a literal value to it though, especially if they are paying Dele huge money and afraid to play him. 20-25 for Gordon and the Dele payments would be a lot to turn down.Sounds like a grace but I wonder whether writing off the potential Dele fees helps the owners financial position eg they don’t have to put it on balance sheet which helps with a prospective sale of the club
and a player who has failed to perform a the level he was expected at Barcelona.
Big things expected of him and De Ligt but neither lived up to the hype so far
Spot on this....Typical noob view - the foreign guy with the exotic sounding name has to be infinitely better than a boring looking guy called Ben.
If someone wants to make an argument for Romero, there are valid points to be made. But to say Benazir Davies didn't even come close is utter stupidity. Since Contes arrival, he was consistently putting in top performances.
Totally agree! Davies is one of our most under appreciated players. His blocks in key moments saved us on numerous occasions. He is a key players for us not doubt about it.Typical noob view - the foreign guy with the exotic sounding name has to be infinitely better than a boring looking guy called Ben.
