Not this season no. I've said before that it would be destabilising for the squad.
I wouldn't replace anybody in our midfield that's the point. Adding a player to interject a bit of creativity for certain occasions would be nice.
And I don't care how well a player has played while another club. Bentacur been fantastic since coming to Spurs and deserves more credit than you're affording him.
The only realistic option out of any of those three seems to be Milinkovic-Savic.
Unfortunately, he's also the worst of the three and someone I don't particularly rate for the money that's been banded about. If we're after anyone in Serie A that's probably gettable, affordable and would be an upgrade on someone like Hojbjerg, we should be all over Fabian Ruiz.
Only has one year left on his contract too.

Did I say he's shit? I give his fair dues. He's a key player for us, would be one of the best depth CMs in the league.

I don't think we are desperate to sign another player although with nobody to cover Kulusevski another AM would be good in case he gets injured - imo our forwards Kane, Son, Kulusevski are the strongest part of our team and whilst Richarlison/Moura can cover Kane and Son we don't have depth to cover Kulusevski.
So 3 weeks left of window so whilst agreed we want to focus on moving on Ndombele, Lo Celso, Reguilon and Winks I do think we should be alive to opportunistic purchases.
And with the window re-opening in 3 months (early November due to WC) we have an opportunity to see if we can pull another rabbit or two out of the hat, and if not its next summer
I think a deal will get done for Zaniolo. Roma want to sell, we want to buy. We aren't too far apart according to reports.

BTW, Pedro Neto is one to watch for next summer IMO. He caught my eye two seasons ago, the kid is an absolute menace even if he doesn't have great end product yet.
