With all reporting like this, it's hard to know what the timeline is like. For example, we've been talking with Roma for a couple weeks now, it could be we made this as a causal offer two weeks ago when we were just starting negotiations, note the wording of tweets like this is always vague on timeline and specifics.
Let's just wait and see.

If so next bid might be at a similar level but an extra say 15m conditional upon making x appearances appearances in first year or two etc.
