He has certainly hit the goal-trail since his arrival. He netted twice at the weekend as the under-23s won 3-1 against Everton. At just 16, Lankshear is certainly playing beyond his years. That double against the Toffees means it’s now 20 in just 17 appearances for United.

The teenager has hit four in four at under-23 level, with 16 in just 13 games coming for the under-18s. Certainly, he’s making a case to be the next big thing to emerge at United.

What's staggering is that you are questioning whether Perisic will be a better WB than Reguilon.

What's staggering is that you are calling Bissouma, probably one of the 5 best CMs in the league, a solid midtable midfielder.

What's staggering is that you are equating Brazil's starting #9 with Carlos Vinicius.

What's staggering is that you consider Lenglet, a player with unquestionable quality who hit a rough patch at Barca, a cheap second/third/fourth choice option.

That's what's staggering.
Bar the Vinicius comment, which was tongue in cheek somewhat (although hilariously it wouldn’t entirely surprise me if his goal return form his season here out guns Richarlisons this season, I stand by all my other comparisons.

I find it staggering that you find them so staggering!

Again, I’ll say it loudly so all can hear, I am not saying we’ve had a bad window, I’m just saying it could have been better.
