Ended last season with M Craig, Scarlett, Devine, White, Rodon, Winks, Gollini etc on the bench vs Norwich. Finish this window with the likes of Lenglet, Spence, Bissouma, Richarlison, Sarr, Replacing them in the match day squads. That's a massive and necessary improvement.
1 or 2 more would have been great but the end of the market seemed to develop into a sellers market with bloated prices and not so many favourable deals for buying clubs.
So far 5 games in we've had injuries or suspensions to Romero, Richarlison, Skipp, Bentancur, Lucas and Gil to deal with as well as a lack of form from our 2nd most important player in Sonny yet we sit 3rd after 2 of the 6 hardest away games we face each season.
Must win vs Fulham and we will be in very good nick as September kicks in.

I'd liken Sissoko to buying a boring but reliable daily driver. Use it for years, not worth much at the end but it always starter and did what ot needed to do.
The other two are like taking a gamble on a new, low volume sports car hoping it's be worth something because of exclusivity.
