I'd rather have Zaha when we need numbers than not have him because he can whinge, which I agree he is guilty of.
Zaha wouldn't be my first choice, but with 6 months on his deal, PL ready and a position we need numbers for, I can see why it makes sense.

Why don’t we give Spence a crack before we add a fourth RB.
I agree we need cb’s (and LB, 8) but I think our lack of creativity and dépendance on on an ageing Kane is now becoming even more problematic than our other problematic issues.
I'd be happy to sell both Doherty and Emerson if we bought Pedro Porro, and have Spence as the number 2 RWB. Unless Spence really is shit, then we'd need to keep one of the other two.
I think Spence is being used as a message by Conte, which really isn't fair on the lad. He clearly has quality, and is capable of doing what Conte wants from a RWB, but I think it's that Conte wanted someone ready to go, and he wasn't on his list of candidates.
If he doesn't start the game vs Forest in the cup, then he has no chance, and should be loaned out in January, for his own good.
He has a £37m release clause to clubs outside of Italy so we should be all over it.
