Ex-spurs youth GK, Oluwayemi (21), saved 3 of the 4 pens in the cup shootout today for Pompey. Their main keeper at the moment is a loanee so will be interesting to see if they bring in somebody else as first choice next season

Owen Wijndal - LB/LWB, former AZ and now at Ajax, only 22 but got 10+ caps with the Oranje

Randal Kolo Muani - ST, brought up at the renowned FC Nantes academy and now at Frankfurt, got 2 caps for France already, turns 24 in Dec

Josip Stanisic - RB/CB, plays for the mighty Bayern and Croatia (6 caps at age 22)

Enzo Le Fee - CAM, plays for Lorient...a team known in France for always playing sexy football, even when results are tough. No senior cap yet, but should happen post-WC...move to bigger club too

Billings and Bournemouth always stands out to me. Probably not consistent enough to play for us but unconventional, tricky player with good technique. Better version of Loftus Cheek

The little Italian Leeds have brought in looks a nice player too…. Every touch, decision and pass is well executed. Opposite of some of our footballing Sutcliffes like Royal, Moura etc. effective players like that who move the ball quickly will help get the best out of Kane, Son, Kulu and Richy

Bumped for Micky van de Ven, left-footed CB. 👍

Goal today for van de Ven in a 2-0 Wolfsburg win vs Dortmund. His first at the club.

Wolfsburg's last loss was Sept. 18th and their last 3 BL matches, all clean sheet wins: 4-0 vs Bochum, 0-3 @ Mainz, 2-0 vs Dortmund.
