Mrs Perryman Mrs Perryman like the Easter bunny and Santa....Karma does not exist.Take a good look around at planet earth. Some of the best are living in hell the most vile like Kings.

You can honestly believe what you wish. I have zero quams about hoping they get a big old spate of injuries before our game. You can chuck salt over your shoulder and avoid as many ladders as you wish. If I had this strange power to effect events I'd not be wasting it on a NLD, I'd be working on Ukraine and South Sudan protecting kids.
Reincarnation, karma is not a short line.

If you are greedy in life, maybe you come back as a Pig?

If you create good karma in this life, you may experience “heaven“ after death (some believe you have God potency, which remains until the Karma you created has been worn out, hence Buddha/Jesus stay heavenly, as theirs cascades down ages) if you stay clinging to materialism/samsara you come back to do it over again.

The Buddhists have tremedously complex texts, beliefs, regarding this. In Christianity reincarnation was part of the Bible(s) until it was removed (4th Century? Can’t recall) according to a friend who taught religious history’s at Degree level.

Not sure the exact truth, but am pretty sure it’s real.

The only thing I would like in carnation is tinned peaches.

All I can say is that people on here were gloating about their injuries and then Hot Rod, Ritchie and Deki are on the sidelines - coincidence????

Yep...that would be what's called classic conflation and corellation. Over the course of a season in a contact sport people will get hurt. Injuries are a nailed on statistical certainty. Hoping they get there's before our game will not effect beans

Yes.

I think Son is a complete shadow of himself. I'd say he's almost as ineffective as Dele at the moment.
Richarlison is injured. Kulu, we don't know. So it's entirely possible we start with Kane, Son and Gil. That 3 will struggle against a mean Woolwich defence.
That will be compounded by not having Bentancur in the middle and possibly not even having Bissouma. We could well have PEH and Skipp in the middle. Skipp will probably get booked early or sent off as that seems to be his objective every game. I'm anti religion, but I'm praying we don't start Royal, but maybe Conte will feel he offers some defensive qualities Doherty doesn't.
Then there's the actual defence. I'm shuddering just thinking about it right now. Which clown can clown the most? Or will it be Lloris? Any one/all of them can and do conspire to put chances on a plate, especially when the balls in our box - a style the scum like to play. They're not gonna put deep crosses in for Dier to head them away. They're going to play the ball into the box and get players in there. Will it be Lloris fumbling, will it be Dier brain farting? Will it be Romero lunging?

Throw in the fairly obvious lack of enthusiasm from the home fans at the moment. It feels like it's going to be easy as pie Arse to come and take the points and their fans will have a good day out.
And for all that, I really can't decide if I want to give up my Sunday for it.

Yea... hard to argue with most you are saying.

But even though those wins have not been that convincing nor against big sides, last two games won with score of 5:0 but even more so - surge of youngsters Sarr and Gil have lifted the spirits of fanbase to some extent. Also most of our expected starting players got the game off, so will have 11 days of rest to be as sharp as possible.

If we start with Son, I see close to 0 chances of us winning. He does not score or assist, but even worse - he cannot dribble or run past League One players or 37yo Young. He can't press, he can't pass. Those two (deflected) moments against Palace were nice, but Arsescum will play with intensity and all Son would do is to give ball away cheaply or try hopeless shots from far out.

We 100% have to go with 3-5-2 for that. Or at very extreme - start with Gil-Kane-Kulu upfront.
With current comments we can dream/hope that Bentancur, Bissouma and Kulusevski could be back.

So I would like to see -

-----------------Lloris---------------
---Romero---Dier---Davies-----
Doherty-----Bissouma--Perisic
------Bentancur-----PEH---------
-------Kulu-------Kane-------------

With squad set like this, I believe we could actually have some control and push them.
Only difference here that I'd be fine with would be Lenglet for Davies. I prefer Davies cause Lenglet is so slow on feet, Arsescum fast and dynamic players would just run around him... though he'd be better on the ball.
And another one - if Conte believes either Sarr or Skipp would be ready for DM role. Bissouma have not set the world on fire so far for us, but has shown glimpses. I am afraid that youngsters might not do well.

When travelling, mid 90’s, met a guy who had been travelling since the 70’s.

He asked the group if we believed in Karma. Gave a couple of scenarios he had encountered and asked us all what we’d have done in his place.

He helped a young Japanese guy, in a remote region in India, who had his money stolen. When he travelled to Japan a year or so later he called the guy he had helped, his father answered and said “you are the man who saved my Son from that terrible place, how can I repay you?”

This guy said “it’s fine he repaid me the money I lent him”

The father said “No, you saved my Son, I must repay you”.

Then for the next 15-20years, he went to Japan every January to work for two weeks, designing flyers for an Antiques Auction the father ran yearly, this two weeks work paid him enough to travel the rest of the year!

He had more stories, where people would have induced negative Karma by their actions, really struck me.

Might publish it on Pubmed?

Also have no faith that Son will produce anything in this game but no chance he doesn't start.

As long as Kulu is back we will have a shot but it will be he and Kane doing all the work.

If it is Gil-Kane-Son I will worry.

We need Richy back asap.

First time ever, but I'm not sure I want to go.

Feels like a boxing match where one boxer has a broken hand before the first bell goes.
If it was the other way round, they'd blatantly have tried to get out of this fixture by now.

Showing your age there.

Sure there was a time in late 90s through the noughties we won like 1 game. All changed at the 5-1. But home or away a win never happened.

However I’m pretty positive we can get a result on Sunday.

I’d like us to start:

Gil — Kane — Kulu

No matter who else is fit or not (presuming Kulu is fit of course)

Give the ball some chance of sticking up top.

How did Son react last time he was dropped?

You'll note in a previous post that I said I fell out of love with football in the fallout of Sol Campbell. I stopped going through most of the 00's (my 20's) because I didn't have the same feel for the game as I did in my teens.

Fun going into this fixture as underdogs..

Spurs have been favourites for a few years now. Less pressure for the game watchers to expect nothing from the game.. the day can only be better.
