the issue with ENIC is they have no plan - they had the "ethos" manager in Poch then fucked him over for 18 months with no signings, thus sabotaging the best relationship between fans and manager that we've had here since Jol (who also got shafted by them lets not forget)

then they go with the other "cheap" option (twice) - pay big money for top coaches (JM and AC) but do not provide them with the players they need - thus sabotaging this option from the start
