Manager Antonio Conte

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Yep, Pep or Klopp probably wouldn’t do much here either. We have a glass ceiling as a club.

Because it's the board.

Aston villa , Everton, west ham could hire pep but they'd win fuck all because they don't pay the money to have the players to win things , nor are they already at the club.

And so it is with us, the thing is those clubs don't project themselves as one of Europe's elite clubs like we do.
Pig in lipstick

So I guess he’s just here for the money. Seems he can’t be bothered.

Or just setting realistic expectations

Let's face it Son/Kane/Kulu carried us last season.

Kane is Kane but

Son has gone Dele

Kulu out injured.

We had a huge new manager bumper last season that made it appear as if Doherty, Dier, Davies, Sess, and PEH could be depended on as starters!!!

Last year was just a long new manager bump.... that's all

What a bizarre little man he is. He portrays an air of moral superiority in the face of extreme hardship like he's doing us some sort of favour by even being here. If his vision can't be achieved and his sulking's stinking out the place he should do the decent thing and leave, because that's what the tragic hero does right?

The mercenary is clearly waiting for his payday and is confident in his stock not being damaged by the debacle of our current situation and his part in it.

As a manager he should demand his players perform to his standard. He he’s essentially saying, he doesn’t care if these players perform to the standard, he set at his previous jobs.
What I understand from that quote is if he demanded the same backing as at Juventus or Inter, he’d be long gone in frustration. So he tries to build Tottenham differently than the clubs he’s been before, probably realizing the owners won’t spend shit
