Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

There was a case for saying we were heading in the right direction, despite blips, between summer 2004 and probably summer 2018. The last 5 years has been a shambles, a fucking clownshoe of poor decisions and lack of direction.
I just cannot credit Levy for the football progress

Jol was the fall out of a ridiculous hire in Santini
Redknapp was a panic save us from relegation hire after knifing Jol for Ramos
Poch was second choice to Van Gaal who reneged on joining . Poch then performed miracles in spite of Levy not because of him

Sorry but that is how I see it . Sometimes Levy failed upwards, I guess it’s all about opinions

I have nothing against us signing Soonsup-Bell and Small if signing promising and talented youth is the direction this club wants to go. At least its a coherent strategy.

BUT THEN WHY THE FUCK DID YOU HIRE ANTONIO CONTE??

That's is really what's pissing me off so much.
I don't think these are players that the club would expect Conte to use, they'll be in the youth team for the next 2 or 3 years. They won't be like Gil or Spence where they're not playing youth or first team and also not loaned out. We should be going for promising players like this regardless of who the manager is as well as getting players ready for the first team that the manager wants

Oh yeah, dont get me wrong. I suspect any progress was as much by luck as judgement. When not under pressure he has made 2 good footballing appointments in 23 years, Arnesen and Poch, who as you say might have well been Van Gaal. But at least you could make a case. You cant anymore and no one should try.

How some believe we are building a squad of Youngster to win the league is beyond me. Maybe if a manager who prefers that is hired, it could produce some result if he chooses 'His' preferred players. This is Levy choosing his preferred players and then hiring a manager to make it work.

Fulham in talks to terminate Onomah's contract

Fulham are in talks with midfielder Josh Onomah to mutually terminate his contract.
Onomah's contract is up in the summer.
Once the termination is finalised, he will become a free agent and therefore can join another club outside of the transfer window.
Sky Sports News has been told a number of Championship clubs are interested in signing him.

This would be fair grounds for criticism..... (Though I think Paratici's time here signalled improvement in that sense)

Except:

The bitching was already in full swing over a decade ago and people insist on peddling the "22 years of failure" bullshit.

We constantly over rate our youngsters, I saw people celebrating that Scarlett started at the weekend, without thinking that Scarlett was our backup striker last season and this season he cannot get in a League 2 team and has only scored 3 Goals.

Who is saying this? This isn't the first time you've invented a group of Spurs fans who are saying something which you've made up yourself just so you can get angry at it.

This transfer window has been a total disaster. I can't see anyone here saying it's been anything other than poor, whoevers fault it may be.
