Fuck it, we're gonna win the CL and it's friggin Dier who gonna score the winning goalThere's always a chance. We defied the odds to progress to a CL final.
It has already worked. He needs to go.
It’s not going to work. I’m genuinely stumped as to why he is so remorselessly inflexible. Culturally, we don’t fit.
That said, if Levy hires Rodgers I’ll pack up and go non-league.

Remember if Chavs and dippers weren’t in such shit form we’d be 8?Conte changed his system from 3-5-2 to 3-4-3 and achieved top 4.
Top 4 is what Spurs are built for. It is our version of a trophy.
Conte has been a very successful manager by Spurs standards. Even now we are 5th. That's like City being in 2nd.
This is what it is for Spurs.

Yes!!!Conte isn’t free of blame, he’s stubborn and continues to play players that are out of form and blindly sticks to a formation even when it’s obvious it isn’t working
But to expect a squad to challenge for stuff when the centre back options are
Romero
Dier
Davies
Sanchez
Tanganga
Lenglet
Is criminal
I’ll be honest I don’t even think Romero is good enough. Yes he’s aggressive and a cunt but he consistently gets skinned and lets people get shots away by refusing to close down
And the rest are lower mid table level at best
Conte (and us) have been let down by Levy scrimping on the most important part of his favoured tactical plan
‘Want Bastoni, gvardiol or skriniar? Here’s lenglet on loan’
It has already worked.
He got top 4 and we are 5th.
That is Spurs equivalent of winning the title and being 2nd right now.
Top 4 isn't out of reach this year either. We are nowhere near consistent enough but Newcastle are terrible and UTD are wobbling without Casemiro and Eriksen.
They are though.Remember if Chavs and dippers weren’t in such shit form we’d be 8?
To an extent, but it’s mainly because they win stuff at these clubs. He is inflexible because he doesn’t need to be flexible at other clubs. Nearly all elite managers are inflexible, if you don’t want that because you can’t afford the players don’t hire them.
You support Spurs, only way is to be on pills 24/7

We’re not winning, playing God awful football and have zero identity. So his inflexibility stands out.
And his defensive subs into a weird 4/2/4 is borderline trolling.
It’s never going to work.
How can he be considered elite when he can’t manage more than one game a week. Even that one game his “coaching” doesn’t exactly blow the opposition away. Ancelotti is far better manager and has won far more trophies and plays bettter football. Surprises me when people refer to elite managers his not often mentioned?
Totally agree with this.Thing is your asking him to be something he is not. The idea was you bring him in, spend £400m and get him the players he needs, he wins the title and leaves.
We are treating him like an Eddie Howe project manager. Doesn’t work and that is on us not Conte. Levy thinks he can make Jose and Conte project managers, like asking a sushi chef to make Pizza.
Yeah elite makes me laugh with all these coaches. Give Harry Redknapp £500m of talent and he'd have been elite. To me elite is Brian Clough winning titles and European cups with provincial clubs or Ferguson continually rebuilding every 4 or 5 years despite a decent budget. If you're an elite coach you improve players, otherwise you're a chequebook manager. So why we appointed a chequebook manager when its clearly completely at odds to the way we operate is beyond me.How can he be considered elite when he can’t manage more than one game a week. We've bought back up forwards instead of first choice defenders. IIRC it was Conte wanting sub options and now he doesn't use them.if we had moved to a back 4 and brought in a Maddison type and a top centre half instead of Porro and Danjuma we would have been much better but Conte is too stubborn for that. I mean Yesterdays back 3 was horrific and also deprived us of an extra player in midfield which we are crying out for
Three days before a final is the most dangerous time for our managers. Can't see us getting rid whilst we're in the FA Cup and Champions League as well as still somehow in the race for top four.
Whilst many clubs beforehand have sacked manager, brought new ones midway through a season and won a cup (Tuchel, Di Matteo, Arteta etc). I don't see Levy doing it, especially after the Mourinho debacle.
