That’s all true and by ‘blocking him off’ read foul him continuously and get away with it thanks to that cunt of a bent ref
Exactly. Much easier to execute a plan when you can just foul the opposition.

Refs really have the ability to impact the flow of a game too much with the grey area of ref interpretation.

It's like pressing teams that come through the back of players from behind and steal the ball. For some teams those are fouls, for other teams they aren't. If you are playing in a game and know that you have no chance to shield the ball from the defender behind, it fucks with the players confidence and the passer's confidence.

Doesn't look that bent because it's not a dodgy penalty or red card but it makes a bigger difference. Same with not yellow carding a player when they are in a key position on the pitch.

And then we got a few yellows later on which rubbed salt in it

I ain't mad, but should he call it quits is a perfectly reason question at this point if he doesn't intend to be here in the summer.
This situation, being away from his family and the death of his friends and former colleagues. The writing is on the wall.

And I cant say I blame him. Since December he has looked unwell and not quite his vivacious self on the sidelines.

Some things in life are more important than football.

Like i said; I ain't mad at him, but if he takes time out and returns only to then phone it in and then fucks off in the summer anyway he'll have deliberately rinsed us and for that he can (hypothetically) fuck off.

Give it to Stellini till the end of the season.

If we have more performances like city at home then we might actually get something out of this season.

Conte made him win a Golden Boot last season.

Sonny has had the touch of a donkey this season, that's not on Conte.

Then again... what is worse.
Having touch of a donkey.
Or keep starting someone with touch of dokey? :D

But seriously though - if Conte deserves credit for "making him winning golden boot" he also deserves critique for making him play with his back towards the goal.
Can't have just one.
