Ultimately, yes it is. He appoints the DoF and managers. He had way too much faith in Hitchen whose dross is still in the side, Paratici has been an improvement but patchy at best. Besides they are all working to budgets which is why we have free rubbish like Forster, Lenglet, Perisic and Danjuma knocking around. In any other business if the staff are continually bad and not upto the job then the buck stops with the CEO.
 
When the footballing side of the club is rotten to the core and we keep suggesting to just put a new plaster on it.

Please wake up everybody.

There is no pride in following this corporate juggernaut. Its like being an ardent fan of Apple, but paying the most money for a product that is inferior to 5 or 6 other competitors.

If our summer window consisted of selling Kane for £100million and signing Zaha on a free some people would still post pictures like this 💪 and say Danny boy played a blinder,
while others would say "I'm waiting until the summer 2024 window before making judgement "

This thread is so predictable after a defeat, its the same posters coming on here getting their few hours of keyboard bashing satisfaction. I think everyone on this forum is fucked off we lost last night, but the reaction on this thread is another level.

Keep saying 'Levy Out' and getting into arguments isn't gonna change anything.

ENIC & Levy are here for the long haul whether you like it or not really.

these failures in the cup games are down to the players, namely the second 11 players the first 11 can mainly hold their own in the EPL, but our second 11 players are just billy big boots thinking they are footballers, when they need to be hard men as they will mostly play in those "second rated games" where its guts that get though to the win

Either he bought them himself (which a string of references to "transfer comittees" and "transfer strategies") point towards, or he spent 20+ years appointing the people who bought those players.

Pick one. There is only one person ultimately responsible.
