Players we should sell/loan and realistic fees-

Lloris- 0
Sanchez- 10m
Tanganga- Loan
Rodon- 10m
Reguilon- 5m
Sessegnon- 10m
Winks- 5m
Lo Celso- 5m
Ndombele- 0

Lenglet, Danjuma- loan not renewed.

And to replace them we would need..
GK (Raya-30m)
3CBs- RCB, CCB, LCB
AM/WF (Mitoma, Gnonto, or Maddison?, all 60-70M)

I forgot about Sess.....

Essentially you're talking about 16 players out in one window.

NEVER.... EVER gonna happen.

Agreed. With the state of the other leagues around the world financially and Levy seems to have pissed off most of the premier league with his ways, selling players seems an impossible task at spurs right now

Hopefully more PL proven players like Richarlison, Bissouma and Matt Doherty.
The step-up was too big for Doherty.

Richarlison & Bissouma have been unlucky with injuries. But mainly, they've not been trusted by our HC, who's not given them enough gametime nor freedom to play their own game.

I've never been a huge fan of Richy and would never have spent that ridiculous amount on him had I been our chairman...especially knowing he'd sit on our bench most of the season. But Bissouma is the one that really hurts. The guy is pure quality, what he did at Brighton was incredible. That ability he had to win the ball back for his side and carry it into dangerous areas, those dribbling skills...it's exactly what we've been missing all season and yet there he's been on our bench cause apparently he doesn't fully understand AC's tactics. Sod that, that's total horsecrap. Wiggy's made a few mistakes during his tenure (not according to him, though...) but the Biss one is right up there

Just illustrates the size of the task though doesn’t it?

Conte said 6 months ago it would be a long process and it was obvious last summer that it would take at least 2 summer windows to sort the squad out. We haven’t been good enough or proactive enough moving players on so there’s even more work to do than I thought back then. I really didn’t expect us to be so bad at selling players. It’s a real problem.

The market is screwed (in no small part thanks to covd). Clubs just haven't got the money to pay big-ish money wages for players already on their way down. No bigger/richer clubs are dumb enough to want them........... and no smaller/poorer clubs can afford them.

As for Conte, he did say it would take a while; just a shame it seems he never really had the stomach to see it through (despite making all the right noises for a while).............

Haha, I wasn't slating Bissouma, agree there's a good player in him. I just like poking fun at the notion of "PL proven".

As soon as he said we needed to be patient, I said that the person who needed to be the most patient was him. Seems like, if he walks, he has done what I expected him to do and not follow his own advice.

Provided we have a new manager in the summer who favours developing young players, who would you most like to see?

DF:
At least 1 of Scalvini/Schuurs/Bella-Kotchap. Anyone know how Paskotsi is faring?

MF:
Florian Wirtz / Dominik Szoboszlai (would be a hard sell to get either of these tbh given their hype)
Amadou Onana (if Everton go down, and we'd need to shift a couple of midfielders first)

FW:
Michael Olise
