Makes sense.

Newest hot-shit stadium in the most expensive city in the country of one of 2 London clubs in the Champions League.
ENIC are the most high-profile losers in sports when it comes to ownership.

No question they are good with real-estate and built an incredible stadium but they aren't winners and everyone knows it. It's maybe a bit harsh on them because the prem isn't really built for anyone but a set group of old boys to win but the lack of at least a cup here and really isn't good for them.

We've won a League Cup under ENIC.

Daniel Levy after sacking Jose Mourinho:

"
We are acutely aware of the need to select someone whose values reflect those of our great club and return to playing football with the style for which we are known – 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 – whilst continuing to embrace our desire to see 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 alongside experienced talent."

He's full of it, isn't he.
