This is simply not true about Guardiola. The last few years Liverpool's , some pretty ropey CB's and by playing two relative inexpensive AM's as 8's. ManU have spent even more than City, and Liverpool, Chelsea and ManU have a bigger wage bills than City.

Yes Pep, well City have spent around 1 billion since he joining. Last few seasons they have massively calmed down that doesn’t change the huge spending under him.

I thank those posters that have given us all an insight to some of the Managers on the list. Better than the majority who have just voted Poch. Poch would be a very unimaginative appointment that would bring back all the old problems, press conferences with him making weird comments about his role, favourite players with others excluded and most importantly weak teams in cup matches meaning our quest for a trophy would continue. Kane has said the club should be much more than just getting a trophy and many fans protesting Levy out are siting the lack of a trophy. I think Levy will know that animosity to him will continue until we win a trophy and want to do something about it at last.
we need someone that is going to be here a few years like Poch but not him and finally win something as well as getting CL regularly. I think top 4 is unlikely with Liverpool getting the final place whoever is in charge and therefore we should not be limiting our choice to those available today but the wider choice in the summer.

I'd be all for Postecoglou. He promotes exactly the type of football we want to see, high-pressing, attacking, possession-based football.

He also seems like a good bloke and has a funny accent.

My feelings this morning, reflecting on almost 40 years of following this club…

I don’t want anyone. I just want it all to end.

If I didn’t have family responsibilities I’d go on the pitch on Saturday in protest with the hope of a lifetime ban.

The Sheff Utd performance bothers me more than Milan still. We were never going to win the CL.

All the glory and fun has gone from football.

Fuck ENIC, Levy and Joe Lewis.

Sorry, but winning for Celtic is not a qualification for a Premier League job.
Brenton won 2 trebles back to back. Rangers had 1 season where they were decent and have since slipped back. They're not the team they once were.

Winning at Celtic is akin to playing Fifa on amateur.

Nothing to do with him winning at Celtic and more to do with the style of football he promotes.

The SPL is a farmer's league, not disputing that but I'd be happy to take a punt on someone who plays precisely the type of football we're desperate to see over the type of football we've been served up by Conte and Mourinho, both considered "top coaches".
