Of course, many are fleeing from warzones in regions of the world that were destabilised/ruined by Anglo-American military intervention. They come to the UK because they have ties to this country. Perhaps they have family here, or they speak English. But I'm really not sure how wanting all these things you've listed is a bad thing. According to the Government's own figures, we have taken in 190,000 people under various refugee schemes, and with our current population at around 67.8million, makes this around 0.28%. To put it another way, that's not even as many people as we lost to COVID.
If our country's infrastructure is in such bad a shape that it can't cope with an additional 0.28% of people, then this is a seriously damning indictment of 13 years of Tory rule. Just a suggestion, but maybe don't vote for them anymore if they're THAT incompetent.

You are talking about Legal immigration. Talking about refugee schemes and other legal means to enter the country and citing a load of facts and figures which while very nice I'm sure have nothing to do with what I'm talking about.
