We need a quality performance today if we want the win. Agree with you that it’s not the shape of the team or the starting XI that matters, it’s how we use the ball. We have to be bold and play with personality. If we play timid sideways shit then we are going to lose.
It's a non-answer but I frankly can't blame him. If he answers in any way that's either pro-/anti-Conte it'll be manipulated 20 different and incorrect ways.

When Stellini managed us during Conte’s absence things felt more positive without many actual changes in personnel. I thought this might be because Conte was still giving the orders regarding team selection and formation etc. However I was hoping that now Conte has gone I thought perhaps naively that Stellini may change things up a bit and try a different system. I hope I am wrong and in any case Stellini needs to be given a chance but looking at that first team and formation I fear we may be in for more of the same shit.
Not really a non issue though if Lloris performs as poorly as he has done so far this season.Not wrong at all since he is the captain and Forster isn't a better option, but apparently of all things this seems tot bother some fans here while in fact it's an absolute non-issue.
I think its more he's seen a revolving door of managers and really isn't too fussed when one gets canned anymore.
