The fact of the matter is not only were we lucky with the penalty call being wrong but our attacking play was shit. Yes Son scored a fabulous goal but other than that he still wasn't up to his standard of previous seasons. Kane scored a good goal too though it was helped with a slight deflection.

Brighton were playing better than we were throughout most of the match, and seemed to have had had the lions share of possession. I don't think we should continue with this 343 formation, 352 would give us more control in midfield, I think Kane or Kulusevski could play as an AMF for the for the remainder of the season.

Then we can see where we are when the new coach is appointed.

Why was the penalty call wrong? There was no intent, just an accidental contact. Not every contact is a foul.

We need to hope Davies comes back so we can revert to a back 4 or switch to a 532. But we won’t.

It's only when decisions go in favour of Spurs that they become an issue.
 
I agree with regards to a 3-5-2 formation.

We desperately need Bentacur back from injury we'll have more balance midfield then and two from Kane Kulu Son or Richarlison upfront. Kulu seems to have a good ability of holding onto the ball despite a lack of obvious pace as does Kane so hopefully the wing backs can push on to support with three midfielders able to cover better.

Lots seem to post how poor PEH is but with only one other body in the middle any player would struggle against an opposition with a numerical advantage in the centre. Also with only two in there the defenders have little choice but to knock it long which is totally ineffective most of the time for us. Just don't get the constant 3-4-3. If we had three or even two quality centre backs it might work better
