Management Cristian Stellini

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It's classic Spurs comms to use that as a proper noun in order to connote a sense that there is a structure and established channels in which to handle things, but it's something we've never heard of and just begs additional questions about the mystery box of chaos behind the scenes at the club.
Again, why would they make that information public? So people can needle specific players constantly about the players committee's opinion on x,y,z?

Seriously, stop getting your feeling hurt because the club doesn't inform you of everything because you bought a shirt.

FWIW I think it's relatively common practice nowadays for teams to have player committees. We just don't heard about them for the most part.

Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was wholly unacceptable. It was devastating to see. We can look at many reasons why it happened and whilst myself, the Board, the coaches and players must all take collective responsibility, ultimately the responsibility is mine.

COYS, Daniel

ultimately the responsibility is mine.

Would've been box office if Levy said something like

"Fabio Paratici insisted Stellini remain as interim manager. Please place all the blame on him"

Supporters after the match: "If Levy doesn't sack the management then arrrrrrrrrgh!"

Levy: *sacks management, expresses displeasure in unacceptable performance*

Supporters: "I don't like his signature line, arrrrrrrrgh!"

FFS, give it a rest.

FFS give it a rest defending him at every opportunity, why does it bother you what fans criticise him for? He's been completely incompetent. People are angry at him and therefore dislike him and are therefore obviously going to rip in to him for anything.

He's earned every bit of it, so pipe down and find a job which isn't Levy Protection Squad.

Most forgettable Spurs manager ever? If there's been one more forgettable, I can't remember him.

It's funny that this is so triggering to a handful of people here with no particular pro Levy/anti Levy valence.

Just an ad hoc Bad Comms Mafia. :contethumb:

Criticizing him for doing what you demanded he do 24 hours ago makes you look like a tit.

Your statement makes the point clear - for many of the #LevyOut brigade, it doesn't matter at all what he does. They just don't like him.

Who is criticising him for sacking Stellini? People are continuing to criticise keeping him on in the first place (fair) and the cringeworthy 'COYS, Daniel' crap because guess what? It's fucking cringeworthy.

And yes, they dislike him. He's very dislikable. But he's also made about 100 questionable decisions this season and is deservedly getting a kicking for it. He doesn't need you, or anyone else, as his shield from mean, unfair comments.
