...whisper it, but I think he's the perfect managerial type...PEH player manager? He is already good at standing in place, pointing and shouting, so that's most of the job right there.

Come summer, there will be a spare Harry place at the committee table.
6 games mate, not 7. There isnt much left to the season. There isnt much left to aim for. Just let it play out. The best thing we can do is get the new manager in right away so he gets a chance to see what we should get rid of in the summer, instead of wasting the first half of next season. We should get Chris Hughton in to help Mason for these 7 games. Not exciting but can organise a defence and managing Ghana atm so would be available for 6 weeks you’d think
I don't expect a cup final, I expect a trophy and that expectation remains the same no matter who our manager is. Even in our most desperate mid-table days, I wanted a trophy. If Mase could get 12-14 pts I think he will be a real candidate for the job. Not saying I want him, but one advantage may be that the fans would be more patient for an actual rebuild. If its Nagelsmann people will largely expect a Top 4 finish and a cup final and I dont think we are anywhere near that next season.
Ryan knows the club and the players well"
yeh Daniel that's the fucking problem you utter clown.

Imagine if he has a positive impact and turns things around though, what a story that would be.
6 matches with zero pressure, get valuable information to prepare for next season. If Poch signs up with the Chavs but doesnt feel the need to go in right away and see things early..then he hasnt changed from the happy loser that he used to be.I agree.
But It seems like it's mostly only the Fat Sams & Hodgsons of this world are interested in doing that though......
If Poch agrees to go to The Chavs he's apparently not starting til June.
I suspect our targets don't want any different either otherwise they'd be here already.
If you wear a club suit and get a seat close to the technical area on thursday there's a good chance you could be in the job for the Liverpool game on the weekend.I woke up this morning and had this crazy dream that we replaced our assistant manager with the assistant manager’s assistant manager!
I probably should stay off the mushrooms on Monday nights.
Might be tempting to bring a few of the U23 group into the squad. They play 4 @ the back and potentially could see the switch happen if he adds in one of them or Tangana ( who could play RB )It will be interesting what changes Ryan can or will make system and tactics wise. Also effort and energy wise. He might still have his hands tied to an extent injuries wise.
