I’m still on the fence. Likelihood is the date will pass me by and I’ll just not be motivated enough to renew. I’ve got over 500 LPs so it will free up one away ticket for most matches.

It is a shame that such a loyal supporter like yourself has these doubts. But, it is how the running of this Club is starting to show through. We were lucky in the early Poch days, the squad, the Poch affect, it was masking the issues behind the scenes. Patience is now wearing very thin, given the costs involved of going to games.

The saddest thing is that Levy and his gang probably don't care, they would prefer a tourist take your seat who will spend 30 minutes in the Club shop before kick off each game.

Now it looks like Nagelsman isn't coming, we are left in Limbo and have no idea at this point how the management structure will look next season. There is no excuse really.

If (when) I renew, a large part of it will be for the bits around the day which doesnt actually include any football.

Top echelons…. So I hope you do renew. That’s a lot of loyalty right there and you clearly enjoy going to away games.

Think the crux for me is if you can afford it and it brings you enjoyment then do it.

Can imagine shifting tickets on the exchange all depends on how we perform on the pitch next season. Fingers crossed we improve!

People shouldn’t be allowed to shift tickets, no more than once or twice. Means they go to day trippers and neutral away fans - the ground is like a morgue and far worse atmosphere than the Emirates was. Needs to be stopped

I reckon the way things are heading shifting tickets on the exchange will be tougher than shifting tickets for Gary Glitter live at the Dog and Dumplings in Great Yarmouth

A lot of people share tickets with a network of friends and other supporters. That’s harmless. Maybe restrict selling on to members but stopping sharing is nonsense.

Exchange is a necessary these days.

Tickets would only end up in the hands of tourists day trippers anyway as there is not the demand for loads of new STs.

My biggest problem with the exchange is no concessions- makes it bloody expensive to take kids.

Why is it necessary? But a ST, can’t go then give it to a friend. The resale platform is a money making scheme from the miser to force people into a membership.

The outcome is we have the worst atmosphere in the PL. facts

Full, mundane, costly white elephant

TV. You have no idea when matches will be played.

Exchange offers a way to use an otherwise empty seat when you can’t go.

And the exchange has been running for years. It’s not a new thing. Even when we had 22k season ticket holders it was a thing.

Not everyone can afford to give tickets away.

I’d also allow fans to sell to members at a lower price. Frankly I’d have happily given recent games to e.g. kids for free. Can’t be beyond the technology.

The ticket is already paid for upfront so what has affordability got to do with it? If the game is Saturday not Sunday, what’s the difference to the cost impact?

It needs to stop or be restricted to 1 or 2 games.

Yeah this is a great point. Build interest from fans under the age of 25. These are the next gen of ST holders/box sponsors and this age group aren’t coming to Spurs in the same way they do at other clubs eg Goons

I used to give my STs away at Wembley to kids from my football team who I knew could never afford to go there.

Hopefully make up for some of my misdeeds on judgement day!

Stubhub was a very clever idea by Daniel. Showed him exactly what people would pay to watch spurs. He must have got so much data out of that.
Season ticket holders pretty much set the pricing at the new stadium.

Most clubs offer ticket exchange these days. And any club with a 60k + stadium is going to get some day trippers in on a matchday

Atmosphere will improve and ticket demand will increase when we start playing some decent football

I do think they want the official transfer of tickets, so they have the identity of who is going to a game - remember we had to have ID validated for ST membership - is that the same for the free CRN's ? I dont know.

Having said that, they could still allow the purchase through exchange for free, no booking fee.

UTD game, I gave my ticket to the guy I stand next to. He just made a new membership for his Son, I added to my network and transferred the ticket. No extra cost. So, it can be done..

How does selling a ticket via the exchange, for which you need to be a member, result in a higher liklihood of a tourist than selling an extra ticket in the members sale?

Its not like current st holders are stopping others from taking a season ticket. The waiting list is a sham, all members get offered a st

In the past, I guess there were fewer members tickets and it was harder to get one. Now any away fan or Sonfanboi can buy a membership and easily get resale ticket.

The ground is a disaster
