So he was holding out for city when his biggest accomplishment was finishing 15th with Brighton but having the xG award.

Sounds like he has a bit of an ego to me.
That's nowhere near Potter's greatest achievement.

His greatest achievement was taking a Swedish team that cost a total of Kyle Walker Peters monthly salary into the round of 16 of the Europa League and beating Woolwich at the Emirates.

Yeah, it might help, but it's absolutely not necessary to do well or even great. I mean, look what for instance De Zerbi is doing in his first season in England.

De Zerbi took over a Brighton team that were 4th, a couple of points behind leaders Arse at the time. It was a team confident and in form, plus a club stable and well run behind the scenes. Unfortunately we are none of these.

I want a tactically flexible, attacking, possession-based team. Players that are brave, that aren't afraid to make mistakes. That can get on the ball and show courage and really try to enjoy their football. If the players are enjoying their football, there's a chance that the supporters will enjoy it as well. That's how you grow and develop as a club. Styles of play don't make you win games. The challenge is having players believe in it and how it works.

Graham Potter

He has still done incredible well for them this season and their football has certainly improved. In HIS first season in England.

Their football hasn't dramatically improved this season, they've just continued from a successful start to the season. They were already playing well, scoring goals and picking up points this season. Yes for sure he has done well to maintain it but it's not like let's say Burnley where Kompany took over a relegated Burnley team playing Dyche long ball football and totally reshaped the squad and turned them into a Pep Man City B team.

Ergo, it's perfectly possible for a manager who is new to the PL to do well (and I think that was the initial point being made), I would say very well in De Zerbi's case.

Get Arne Slot, thats the best we are gonna get. Plays a 4-3-3 and has some young players at Feyenoord which he could take with him. I know Eredivisie coaches are hit and miss, but he is the best option and one of the few ones which would take the job.

Levy has no idea who it will be.

Genuinely think he’s impressed by big names but know very little about upcoming managers.

Now JN’s out of the running, he‘s snookered.

Nothing we with confrontational, but ENIC don't want that or the truth coming out.

I'm no Enic supporter but I'm not a fan of the petulance that DeZerbi has already shown this season. He has had four yellows and two red cards. What was his problem with Stellini before the Brighton game? Just imagine him when things don't go well on the pitch or some players stop performing, or if he doesn't get the players he wants. He can't keep his emotions in check.
