Media MOTD Thread

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I hate the recent trend whereby the studio pundit gives up any pretence of impartiality. On MOTD 2 every other sentence Ian Wright came out with began with ‘we did this’ or ‘we deserved a bit of luck’ rather than Woolwich did xy&z.

The analysis of our game was pretty spot on. Absolute shambles. No direction, patterns of play, gameplan, etc.

Highlights of shocking individual moments, especially from Romero,

MOTD2 highlights of scum vs Brighton were a travesty. They showed all of the gooners' attempts on goal and none of Brighton's beautiful possession-based play.

Oy justin justin - you've agreed with this post, but you can't possibly have watched MOTD2 because you haven't bought a TV license for years, so you can't watch BBC TV legally.

:)

watched it tonight, except for west ham game. Trying not to have my tin foil hat on but heard comments during match of what a wonderful season goons have had, and throughout the day of how hard it would have been to keep up with City.

One, we didn't get any acclaim for being in Champs league up against a non europe Chelsea, and we won 12 out of last 13; got 86 points, goons may get 87 or so, but the difference in media narrative, no talk of bottling here despite their lead.

Secondly, they weren't even up against City, not a normal one anyway; Pep trying to fit Haaland in, and his experimental formations etc; but they were up against west ham with a 2 nil lead, Southampton at home, Red Mickeys who were shite and a 2 nil lead, Brighton at home.. bottled it but no mention at all of it. Where was Ian Wright tonight?
