Yep. Liverpool everything is about on field success and high standards. Here, top 4 is a great season, if not no problem just plod on the only one that will pay the price is the manager. Over 4 years we have become lazy and complacent and feel totally stale from the top downwards.

Different standards at Spurs that starts from the top. 4th place is not the bare minimum, it's our primary goal but if we at least make 7th or 6th it's okay too.

They're used to that here :contetellmemore:

Mason confirming that not sorting DOF and Manager is fucking the transfer window already. Or at least delaying it.

Basically means any link you see in the media is as bullshit as most of the manager stories and the slow, prehistoric method of decision-making is causing issues again.

After all this, they really need to get that DOF and Manager right.

(Seriously mate; you're gonna drive yourself mental picking away at any available loose end in every tweet to stress yourself about what we all know has yet to be done..... You seem to be constantly bouncing between here, the Slot thread and the DOF thread making the exact some post.)

The most obv. take away from that tweet is that neither Ryan nor the club consider him a prospect for the manager's job.

............Some may actually be relieved to hear that.

Real Madrid have apparently received an offer from an intermediary to sign Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane in exchange for Eden Hazard plus cash.

This is according to Spanish outlet Cadena SER, via Daily Mail, who state that Los Blancos are currently evaluating the option. If true, this would be a mindblowing deal for one side, and that is Real Madrid.

Ali G also saying stop buying into any story about Spurs interest in players until there is a DOF or manager in place.

Was thinking that our competitors are already getting deals done but with Levy making the calls, those clubs probably aren't our competitors anymore and I haven't seen much from Brentford and Villa yet so maybe we aren't that far behind yet.

Of course we are. They might not have announced signings but they will have concluded planning and likely in the latter stages of executing their strategy. We don’t have a strategy and haven’t even started planning, let alone the recruitment process. We are miles behind (behind the scenes). This is an abortion, make no mistake. Was obvious Conte was off six months ago (and the other crim) and we still have no fucking clue

It’s almost like it suits Mr Short Arms, Deep Pockets to not spend money early…almost like it’s exactly planned to leave this all unaddressed while every one else does their business and we scramble about on 31 August looking for whatever is left, a little bit cheaper…
