It's a collective the responsibility and works both ways.
Absolute bullshit , It doesn’t work both ways , managers and DOFs are sacked for failings , Levy remains. There is no collective responsibility or he steps down years ago . Depending how you choose to count , 12 -15 managers and 4 DOFs , plus say an average of 4 backroom staff with each manager . I make that anywhere from 64 up to 79 people who have shared collective responsibility, if Levy took his share that number would be 65 - 80 . If you want to be mega conservative you might want to argue 50- 65 have taken Levy’s share of collective responsibility

After watching about 100 Youtube videos on Ange's game style, breakdowns of how his teams play and what he expects/requires from each position. I do not see why Porro and Udogie cannot work as fullbacks.

With the style of build up Celtic and previous clubs for Ange played, the fullbacks are fundamental in passing plus running into open space in attack. Our fullbacks are made for that.

The biggest concerns I see - GK, we currently do not have a number 1. CB, obviously need big upgrades no matter what style we play. A number 8. Bissouma and Bentancur work but no way Hoj will work in this style, I also have doubts on Skipp but he has potential to fit.

Like a dog on a fucking bone it always has to come back to Levy for you, doesn't it? What's next, blaming Levy for Romero's red card against Milan, because after all, it is Levy that sanctioned his purchase? Oh, I know, we should blame Levy for Sissoko's handball in the CL final, because after all he bought him 3 years prior to that. Or maybe we should blame Levy for losing the FA Cup semifinal against Chelsea because, if he had bought Willian he wouldn't have scored against us and we may have won that game.

You do see how ridiculous and pathetic this is, don't you? How do you get through life with this kind of mentality?
I see, well I'm fine with not giving blame to Levy for bad things that happen on the pitch but that means he shouldn't get credit either for our league cup win or our consistent top 4 finishes.

So we should be thankful that Conte signed the contract (the one that Levy put in front of him), but then it's Levy's fault that he signed a pussy like Conte. Riiight....
You are the one slagging Conte off calling him a pussy, I don't think he's a pussy, if I hated him as much as you do, I'd have to put some blame towards Levy for bringing him here.

So it's all Levy's fault if we fuck up then right? So who takes the credit when we are successful?

If that's your logic we should give all the credit to Levy for getting us to the CL final and absolutely none to Poch for example

Think about this one, and try not to use any more mental gymnastics to justify something so stupid.

Edit - Happy to take this nonsense to the ENIC thread

Some facts about Ange, he played under the legendary Puskas, his Brisbane Roar Side which he coached between 2009-2012 holds the record for the longest unbeaten run at the top level of any sports code in Australia, 36 games, he coached Australia to win the Asian Cup in 2015, a quality tournament which includes teams like South Korea and Japan. To finalise, manager Arsene Wenger won the J league before moving to the premier league, another league which Ange has conquered
