I actually thought Ndombele would have been a cracking player for you. He was superb for Lyon. If he doesn't like runninng himself into the ground however, he'll be straight out the door. That goes for every player. Ange is pretty ruthless in that regard. He keeps his distance from the players for this exact reason
And someone who realizes there needs to be a change of mentality and philosophy at the club. I would not be surprised if Mason isn't one of the biggest champions of the changes Ange will be bringing about.
So what does 'side channels' mean if not that you think Mason would/will report everything back to Levy?
There is clearly a culture in the club that has undermined Poch, Jose, and now Conte.

If Mitoma is rated at £80 million, Kyogo would be a snip at £30 million. When both of them were playing in the J League Kyogo was clearly the rated the better player. Kyogo holds the record for the highest fee paid for a Japanese player playing in the J League which is absolutely insane considering the players Japan has produced. We only paid £4.5 million for him and Mitoma only cost Brighton £3 million. Talk about day light robbery
