We are spending and spending badly . In my opinion this spending is all happening after the horse has bolted so to speak . Years of neglect and running the squad into the ground has now led to increased investment as the team falls to pieces . However in 23 years we have seen no improvement in our academy , scouting or transfer dealings , everything comes back to Levy / ENIC for me and not for good reasons.
