Off topic I know, but many years ago on a fantasy football forum a guy posted his proposed team for the year, and explained that it contained a back 5 who all spoke the same language meaning they should be able to communicate better. I'm not sure how he thought fantasy football worked - perhaps he genuinely thought that the organisers get all the PL players together every week to act out the hundreds of thousands of fantasy football matches. Needless to say, he underwent so much ridicule that he pretty quickly left the forum...
Thankfully in real football, communication is actually very useful, so whilst them all having a common language isn't exactly crucial, it might be beneficial in some ways.
