Can’t understand the hatred of PEH all of a sudden. OK he’s not the most skilful player for us, much better for Denmark though. Players more than often follow instructions and look who has been giving instructions. What he does have is ‘heart’ and I respect him for that. Should he go…..yes ,as he does not fit Ange’s type of football but let’s be honest how will Kane do in Ange’s high speed game, he’s not the fastest player around and is getting older. Will he continue to drop back and get in Maddison’s area? Who knows. I see links with Jonathan David (bit short ) and Vlahovic ( could be great). Lautaro Martinez would be another excellent replacement. If there was even a 1% chance of getting Osimhen ,now that would be superb. Bayern would not pay his fee, Madrid want Mbappe, PSG might get Kane, City don’t need him, Chelsea have to be careful as regards FFP and can’t get rid of Lukaku. Perhaps our chances could rise to 2% if Levy and Lewis added the necessary money on top of Kane’s fee. We seem to be getting bargains at the moment, wonder if there are one or two biggies being planned. Links this morning with Paulinho, again someone we have looked at before and could have had for £20million. Also linked with Eze….again someone, well you know what. Interesting window developing.
